Yet another member of the "rock band" known as Count Zap and the Go-Goons. In the beginning he was just a rusty old underwater-exploration unit that was finally scheduled for decomissioning and ultimately shutdown. Not willing to accept this fate he gladly took Dr. Wily's offer to be rebuilt into a combat unit and used as a weapon for the doctor's criminal schemes. Needless to say he has consider this a chance to be useful again, even if it is for the purpose of crime. In fact, he has developed a grudge against humanity as well as the robots that gladly serve them without question.

It was a bit tough trying to come up with a redesign for Bubble Man, now adays the original design is a bit stale even if I touched it up. Then of course I remembered a certain badass enemy from the new Xbox 360 game Bio-Shock who simply goes by the name "Big Daddy", particularly the one that graces the cover as the game's poster boy. Now Bubble Man seems to be a simple orb-shapped head encased and floating around within a giant iron-clad bubble-like torso with extra optical cameras for multiple views.
