He classifies himself as a fully functional homicidal artist, using junk and trash to build the strangest mathematical structures which hold a depressingly dark beauty only he and his ilk can appreciate. One of his favorite artistic liberties with his designs involves taking living androids and robots and using them as raw materials. This vicious act is something Dr. Wily finds admirable.

Aside from that vacuum on his head, ol' Dust Man is a rather boring design. In fact the design I have here was rather plain, I felt kind of bad posting it without at least giving it some more character. The third grappler arm and tool hands were last minute entries but hey anything to liven up Dust Man's design right? He actually has two of those grappler arms but the other is concealed, they mostly work to draw in junk and trash into his vacuum's wake. He has several different tool hands, all of them for the purpose of gathering trash and junk. Basically what he have here is Wall - E as a death machine.

While Dust Man seems like a boring design, he certainly has a memorable stage. Goddamn was that song kick ass, it was surprisingly melancholy in tone but still heart pumping. I particularly remember Dust Man's stage in Mega Man III being especially hard. Not bad Dust Man, you not only have a vacuum head but you also have a kick ass theme song and a hard ass stage. People remember you for something^-^.
