A little fun bit of supplementary material for those Fan Fiction Fuel entries.

As this is a new trading card type;
CONTROL; The higher the stat the easier it is to even use the item without complication or risk.
UTILITY; The difference between a truly versatile tool or a one trick pony.
SECURITY; Whether or not anyone can use it or only a select elite few. The higher the stat, the less likely any average joe will be able to use it.

The first two stats are just Strength and Firepower.
