DWN 014 "Flash Man"

RECOMENDED ANTITHESIS; Grappler Buster

Another member of the "rock band" known as Count Zap and the Go-Goons, another result of weaponizing a stolen experimental device by Dr. Wily. This time it's a time-freezing device, it's intended purpose is unknown but now it serves as Flash Man's primary combat capability. Being able to stop time for a few moments, Flash Man has become a bit of a cheap bastard. In fact his very identity revolves around dirty fighting, he never plays fair and will use his power to cheat his way to victory. Unfortunately for him, the time-stopping device he was created from uses up a lot of energy at a time and requires some time to fully recharge. Then again, he still fights dirty even without his time-stopping powers.

Not much going on here, I mostly turned his arm cannon into the very time-stopping aparatus he uses.
