Hey look, it's Rush, the ever helpful companion to Mega Man [link] ! I was about to make his appearance very similar to Axl (if only because at the very least it looks cool) but it didn't go any further than, well, the hair. Also I tried to make him more defined canine features as opposed to just cartoonish canine features. Results may vary.

But enough about that shit, let's get to the special forms! I designed these forms from a first-person shooter game perspective, meaning if they were to be featured in a first person shooter they'ed be taylored to that style of gameplay. Regardless of what form Rush can take, he is able to provide additional fire power with high-calibur concussive energy orbs that he exhales from his mouth.

RUSH POD Semi-Automated Hoverbike Vehicle
This configuration is the more standard form, design to allow Mega Man to give high speed chase when required. It can be piloted in standard bike mode where Mega Man drives it like he would a typical motorcycle, then there's the semi-automated "gunner mode" which takes half the load of piloting off Megs' hands. While still in high pursuit he can revolve in full 360 atop the Guiding Ring Axis that moves the vehicle, able to take on incoming threats with relative ease, the Axis is thus steered by Rush's sensory equipment on it's intended course of trajectory.

RUSH WING Semi-Flight Jump Assistant Thruster Armor
Basically a mid calibur jet pack that grants sustainded flights in short controlled bursts. it basically allows Megs to jump even farther and higher when required, he can also use it for faster dashes and small boosts in agility. It also provides him with an impressive energy boost to his built in e-shield armor systems for increased defensive capabilities.

RUSH JET Full-Flight Aerial Combat Platform
A full on airborne vehicle allowing Megs to take the fight to the air. It has both jet and hover capabilities able to go into full on speed flight and then stop in mid air on a dime.
