The very counterpart to Sora Valentine in every sense of the word, he is rather not pleased that his friend was all but reduced to a pawn by Dr. Wily. However in obtaining a Biometal to get a little payback he fairs no better as he is intercepted by the user of Biometal Sigma who infected Riku's Biometal with a rage virus, redirecting his desire for payback towards the Biometal User that defeated Sora.
The Crystal Burst is a high concentration of ice energy released in a single projectile.
The Criogenic Edge is a full on slashing wave that releases a ice dust cloud.

A shinobi called upon by the united ninja counsil, one of several now sent on a mission to hunt down the infamous Terry Jones. This shinobi in particular is one of the few given a Biometal the counsil managed to secure making him that much more a threat.
The Raining Bomb is a ninja weapon grenade that upon detonation releases a massive burst of water energy.
The Hydro Whiplash is basically a chain rod made of a tentacle of water, it can't latch onto objects but can ensnare enemies in a vice of water.

In looking up a Naruto Wiki I found out that Killer Bee's vocie actor in the english dub is Reno Wilson, the same guy who did Frenzy in Transformers and Mudflap in ROTF. Well, that's...neat.

EDIT: I've been base coloring my Biometal User designs the last few days (I figured they'd be better if we at least knew what their color schemes looked like), tell me what you think :3
