A space pirate who has come looking for a young fellow named Tenchi, the man she is hopelessly in love with. However it seems that she is suffering from accute memory loss due to a recent incident. She encounters Dr. Wily who convinces her that Terry is actually Tenchi, and that the only way he'll ever love her again is if they have a grand duel in mortal combat.
Her Mermaid Bubble can be used to ensnare foes within a barrier or to create a temporary floating platform.The Tidal Slash is a small wave of water energy formed from a blade, it travels along the ground and up walls. If unleashed in mid air it shoots straight down.EDIT: I've been base coloring my Biometal User designs the last few days (I figured they'd be better if we at least knew what their color schemes looked like), tell me what you think :3

Okay, this one isn't much of a stretch.
I can understand where she got mixed up.
I mean, Terry and Tenchi kind of sound the same.

I like that her legs are separate from the tail, makes it more believable to me.

And more interesting as a mermaid design, like she's got a Zora anatomy.

Truthfully I've never been fond of legs merging to form a tail; not only is it a cop out, it makes no sense biologically since the tail is part of the spinal cord.

Okay, this was from way out there in left feild... I mean, I would have never connected Ryoko with Splash(wo)man.
