The third ally of Kamen Rider Echo.

Genki Haiyu. Patience's fellow classmate and otaku friend. After falling under the sway of a Vtuber themed Singrave enslaving guys left and right, he was forced to become her "white knight" by means of a Model 3 Song Bird. Patience does save him, but because of the circumstances the resulting $Hout Driver that is created ends up having serious design flaws that Genki must try to circumvent.

Genki activates the driver, a giant internet browser window opens behind him allowing ."Okane" to pop out.

Genki runs the "Paybud Account Card" through the $hout Driver, causing a strange cluster of digital cubes to start forming right above him.
$HOUT DRIVER; (Okane) AHHH! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHOUT-KUN! Looks like this is gonna be a super duper special chocolatey awesome stream today!

GENKI; HENSHIN!!

The cluster falls on top of Genki. "Okane" pulls out a pick axe and chips the cluster into a vague humanoid shape before than kicking it, revealing Kamen Rider $hout underneath and having him stumble a bit forward.
