Why yes, there would be additional "Power Packs" used by the Digivolgers . Not only providing more weapons and modes but even providing new Zords to use. But they wouldn't just be free hand me downs, no. First the Digivolgers would have to deal with certain "monsters" brought to life by the Enigmaster, "monsters" that are rather unusual compared to the rest and could not just be dealt with by blowing them to bits. Only by ultimately forming a bound with these unusual "monsters" can the Digivolgers gain access to a new Power Pack.

DINOMON
The hit children's monster catching game phenomenon that created a multimedia empire that no one saw coming. Staring out as seemingly just a dime a dozen Sonic Clone, it stood out by having up to fifty baseline playable characters who could further evolve into more impressive forms bumping the final roster all the way up to 150 speedy dinosaurs. Starring the young dino fossil collector Jerry Assic, he helps his friends the little Starter Dinomon Tricky, Steggo and Anky in their quest to stop the evil Dr. Extinctor from pillaging all of Dino Island of all its indigenous life and resources.
The Power Pack based on this game is all about Herculean Strength in its most raw untapped form. About being more powerful than a locomotive and hitting as hard as you possibly can in a single strike. And yes, all three Rangers gain access to their own personal Dinomon Launcher.

BEAST FIST
The intense highly competitive fighting game that still sees the rounds in many e-sport tournaments. Depicting mighty fighters from around the world, harnessing their Inner Warrior Beasts to become half man half animal hybrids magnifying their fighting prowess a hundred fold. Tells the epic tale surrounding the Beast Fist Tournament, particularly on professional wrestler Razorwing and the Chinese karate expert Pan Pan on their quest to bring down the criminal empire known as Dark Claw.
The Power Pack based on this game isn't just merely about granting super speed, it's about infusing the very natural ability and instinct of the animal kingdom upon the human body. Not only making the Rangers fast, they are graceful, fluid, possessing lethal precision in their every melee strike.

SUPERSONIC GT
An all out celebration of the racing genre as a whole. The arcady fun of Mario Kart, the high octane vehicle combat of Twisted Metal, the vast options for customization found in car sims like Gran Turismo. It has something for everybody, even has a little bit of Disney/Pixar Cars in it just for kicks, only thing missing is the kitchen sink. Enjoying such high success thanks to its impeccable track design, fair balance and continued respect for its own seven game legacy, not even the introduction of loot box like mechanics was enough to derail this beloved franchise. It turned out to be one of the few games to do loot boxes right.
The Power Pack based on this game is, oddly enough, heavily armored defense. Applying the hard solid construction of the machine to the human body, any Ranger using this armor is like living steel, harder than diamond and able to withstand extreme heat or cold.

MAIDEN VIRTUE
Perhaps the most beloved JRPG of all time, mostly for being ahead of its time due to having a female only cast of characters that deals heavily in LGBT representation. Though of course because it is still a JRPG, its representation has indeed attracted quite the male audience who (ahem) enjoy watching hot anime chicks engage in some good yuri action. None the less this game has become a cherished staple of gaming. Telling the tale of Reiko Sakura, an enslaved commoner given away as a bribe to an evil sorceress to spare a kingdom. Now she and three others in this sorceress' harem must escape and fight back, going on a great quest to find the legendary treasures of the Maidens of Virtue. Along the way they will each find love in the most unlikely of places, even find out the truth of what became of Jackie Yuki's twin sister....
The Power Pack based on this game is all about magic, both offensive and defensive. But more specifically it is about bending the enemy's perception of reality, giving the Rangers a can of magic to pull off all manner of tricks.

As you could probably tell these are based on sentai motifs that have seen repeated use in official sentai series....and magical girls. I mean it's rather tokusatsu in nature anyway so what the hay right? Sailor Moon was even adapted into a live action Tokusatsu show.

While these Power Packs are one of a kind, their powers can be used by all three Digivolgers at once. At the same time, each Ranger is free to use whatever Armor and accompanying Weapon they please. And indeed most of the Zords can be mixed and matched creating odd new combinations with varying powers and attributes....except for the Maiden Princess Palace Zord. Its three segments are not compatible with any of the other Zords and can only be used as a complete set.
