The beast master of Ms. Madd's Majestic Circus. It was Dr. Wily's first attempt at combining animal DNA with mechanical matter to create a unique form of robot, so far he has been most successful with reptilian DNA in in testing phases.

And so here we are, the slithering serpent known as Snake Man who has a particular taste for organic life. He's gone on rampages where he just devours all manner of livestock within his wake. He has also devoured a few robots here and there.

Well, yeah, I made him more snake-like. A pretty obvious direction to go with this design. In all honesty he is my absolute favorite Robot Master simply for how well he turned out in Mega Man 3, his weapon though could have been a bit more versitile besides climbing up walls.
