The cards in this binder are pretty much the main pieces of my entire Yu Gi Oh collection, a collection that spans from back when the first TCG Starter Decks Yugi & Kaiba were released in 2002. Some of the cards in this have been in my collection for years, others have just arrived. Many are some of my absolute favorite show pieces, others are here simply because I feel they need to be to complete certain sets. Still missing a few cards here and there but more or less I have the cards I know need to be in this collection. I imagine a lot of these cards are crap in the actual game but as I’m not a tournament regular anyway I could care less. Enjoy -tyrranux64.tumblr.com/post/151…

Right now, Ra's Sphere Mode is worth some big money in the metagame.
Forcibly tributing opposing monsters to regain an untouchable wall is a big deal in tourneys. It's a shockingly effective Side Deck option.

What is your preferred type? I think I'm a Warrior, Beast-Warrior, Beast, Dragon type duelist. Oh, and what are your thoughts on the God Emepror cards? Do you use them?

Yeah I heard Exodia Necross is crap, actually I've binged on quite a number of yu gi oh youtuber videos and learned quite more about certain iconic archtypes I should have seen coming XD

Very nice collection.
A friend of mine has the legal version of Slifer and I think Obelisk as well. He probably has the legal version of Ra as well, I have several. As they were released in the Order of Chaos Special Edition Booster Box, so Ra's probably the easiest of the Egyptian Gods to obtain. My other friend would absolutely kill to have all the Blue-Eyes shit that you have as he his currently trying to make a Blue-Eyes deck.
BTW Just curious, what kind of decks do you run?

I ran a rather unfocused dragon deck with Ra being the only real highlight, I did have three basic Blue Eyes but not a single Blue Eyes Ultimate double to spare. I was only able to play a couple times as I can't really afford to travel into town often enough to be a regular. And after a while the spot I could find just closed down so I haven't been able to play ever since...

I started dueling again in High School. When my group of friends got into it, as did I. Thankfully, a spot that offered dueling opened up shortly after I finished High School and got my driver's license and I visit the spot regularly when I'm home from college.
I actually run a bunch of different decks, but not mainstream ones. My favorites are probably my Jurrac and Evol decks. While my 2 best decks are definitely my Infernity and RDA deck.

Really? Which Dragon Deck? Cyber? Red Eyes? I'm a huge fan of the Blue Eyes Deck. Plus, I recently saw your collection on tumblr, and my mind exploded! You'd have everything you need for ANY kind of deck dude, you even got Blue Eyes SHINING!!!

I happen to have a bunch of those, the movie theater just had a tray full of Yu Gi Oh the Movie card packs sitting there on the table up for grabs, I didn't even have to see the movie to get one and in fact they didn't even have the movie playing anymore. God I regret even renting that movie from the video store one time, worst piece of shit I've seen since that so called "Digimon Movie"....
Anyway, I don't know for sure what the meta community thinks of Blue Eyes Shining but after some of the yu gi oh youtuber videos I've come across I've thusly been informed that many iconic cards featured in the anime are not exactly the cream of the crop the anime made them out to be....

Dammit! I'm so effing Jealous! I looked into your yugioh collection Via Tumblr, I had a good half of these cards over 10 years ago! I decided to throw them all away during my senior year in high school, I subconsciously decided to throw them all down the incinerator chute in my apartment building. I could have sold or traded them!

They just released mega tins with playable Obelisk and Slifer, twenty bucks a pop. Or for ten bucks less you can just get the Legendary Decks 2 box set, three decks based on Yugi, Kaiba and Joey using modern cards, Yugi's deck has all three playable gods and that new modern Exodia.

Well hopefully wherever you are it's only thirty bucks to get your hands on the Legendary Decks 2 box set which just hands you a deck built for Exodia and all three God Cards as well as a nice Blue Eyes deck and Red Eyes deck. Hopefully you'll get a shit ton of kick ass cards for your collection and more kick ass doubles to do with as you please :3
