A very interesting piece... I think I'd even call it a bit ominous, but I love it; it really works. For example, very unusual with the red lights for the city, but that peculiar quality--that difference from the normal blue or white lights that have become synonymous with what I think of when I imagine city lights--combined with a simultaneously colorful and eerie palette makes this piece so hard to look away from--for good reason.
Artwork like this just proves that you have such a serious, yet subtle talent for imagination, Joe. Don't ever stop~

Hmm, your point of view is unexpected. I haven't ever considered that this picture may produce an eerie impression. Maybe "uneasy", but "eerie"... I looked at this piece with new eyes after the words you've spoken.
