This is funny since it is the exact opposite for me when playing jailbreak. I never die on CT and get killed for no reason even on my free day for winning the last round on T.

This picture was made when TF2 Jailbreak CTs were competent and Ts had equal advantage to CTs in terms of damage output. Nowadays, TF2 Jailbreak CTs are the furthest thing from competent and their damage and class output to Ts is far more superior. I mean, come on, all-crits AND Dead Ringer AND custom models for the warden where you can't even tell what the hell they are?! COME ON

They are pretty incompetent now aren't they. In fact I just came from a server where what sounded like an eight year old kid refused to let the warden role go to another person. The owner of the server had to come in and ban him.

I was part of the first TF2 Jailbreak server for a while. We didn't rely on plugins due to a lot of us admins keeping watch and enforcing the rules, so it was pretty standard Jailbreak with not too many problems. The problems started to arise when people took the game too seriously and things started getting nerfed because of smartasses.

I don't know what jailbreak servers you guys seem to play on, but the ones i play are nothing like this. The CTs (Guards, BLU) have their regular weapons, but it seems to limit it to stock weapons or restocks, also to the Ts (Prisoners, RED) but the Ts have only meelees. The CTs are required to have mics, as warden must give orders over mic, not chat, and there is an armoury where there is ammo where the Ts can usually break into. There is also a secret way to get ammo, such as a delorean, on some maps.

The map with the DeLorean is ba_hopjb, it was a little Easter Egg the creator of that map put in for a friend and admin who really liked Back to the Future.
This image is probably really dated in that it was meant for HOPJB's server more than, say, Intox/Outpost/XenoGamer's servers which are like wicked controlled and watched over since they run a more up-to-date plugin. Everything else you said is all things I'm familiar with on Jailbreak servers from ammo in armoury to mic-checks, down to the TARDIS/Herobrine depending on what ba_minecart you're on. I'm not a big fan of reducing weapons to stock or preventing Medics from healing (we're talking I try to heal people when the CTs aren't looking but my percentage stays at 0%, that's some horseshit). The CTs having mic rules are pretty much on all servers (dunno if Skial updated their rules to accommodate that, they used to allow chat as well).

Once I did play a skiAL a couple days ago and they seem to still give orders over mic. I play on KI jailbreak, if you were wondering. The red medics do still have their medigun and can heal and build ubercharge, but the warden usually restricts that for that reason, but sometimes when the administration actually comes on and mic checks, they build Uber during it.

Jailbreak is a game mod seen often in CSS and GMoD where BLU/Counter-terrorist team are wardens and prison guards who give orders, and RED/terrorist team are prisoners who can either follow those orders or attempt to rebel. It relies heavily on good interaction and communication, so anyone who wants to be a prison guard requires a mic since it's really hard to give orders via text when you've got five rebels charging at you.
When rebellions happy, we tend to have very happy and cocky T's - until one of them decides they can do a better job as a CT during a rebellion period and realizes exactly how hard it is.

I tried it yesterday, it was really fun. thanks for showing me this gamemode, I never heard about it.
But how can the medic have an uber charge? because if medics healed on the server i was on the CT/BLU team killed them :L

Simple: you live long enough while healing to hit that charge even before they can kill you.
There's a number of ways to go about this. Having Kritz or the Vita-Saw equipped means your uber rate goes up. Having an Ubersaw equipped means if there's some dumbass baiting you, you can stab his shit and get a 25% additional on your uber. intox's JB server has put in a plugin for a super fast Ubercharge rate, though none of your teammates will overheal. Before the Boston Basher/Three-Rune Blade was banned on hopjb's JB servers, it was super easy to gain charges if your cellmate was a Scout with it equipped even before the cell doors opened. Sollies and Demos who would grenade and rawket lawnchair all over their cells were easy to heal as well before they died.

Late comment is late: I've been playing it for a while now, and I heard they said something about "baiting" or something, what is that?

Baiting is when a CT gets all up in your grill. If you can melee them from that range, they deserve to die for being way too close to the T's. If you need to take even one step towards them, you're a rebel and you're going to get shot at.
60% of the time you will end up dying wrongly from a CT baiting you and then they kill you or their teammates kill you. intox is the only TF2 Jailbreak server I know which doesn't do the baiting rule: you hit their CTs in melee range, and they will kill you for rebelling. I can't remember if it was xTcR or the Outpost, but there are moments where Spies will have Dead Ringers and chances are these Dead Ringer Spies WILL kill you even if you bait once they revive; even more to their advantage if one of the orders was "no swinging your melee weapons at all times".

Definitely check out SourceFilmmaker's official Youtube tutorials, as well as a fella named Jimer Lins who gives some great tips and tricks on SFM. Also, when using custom models and reskins, place the models in /usermod if you're starting out. And make sure to save often when you're working in the program!
For Jailbreak-related stuff, I can tell you right now that you don't want to import any of the maps onto your /usermod folder because they don't play nice with SFM. What you can do is go on a map and build yourself a set with cell doors from HL2 (look up "cell" when importing models into the Animation Set Editor) and various props.

They're terms borrowed from Counterstrike: CT stands for Counter-Terrorist and T stands for Terrorist. Counterstrike is where the Jailbreak game mod originated from, and it's since spread into other games such as TF2 and GMoD and the terms are interchangeable with wardens/guards and prisoners.
