twitter.com/playoverwatch/stat…Finally got around to posting the 1080p of this thing! Blizzard Entertainment commissioned me for a cross-promotional Source Filmmaker poster a few months ago. They wanted something similar to the shawarma scene at the end of Avengers to help promo their limited edition cups at Taco Bell. Naturally this is everything I've ever built up for since I love food and I love making food-related stuff in SFM.
I enlisted SedimentarySocks and Kichizone for some sweet custom models, as well as help with the ports and textures, and artistic input. Huge thanks to the two of them, it's always a pleasure working with them and seeing the amazing products they can put out for me and other people to use.
Huge thanks to Blizzard, of course, for reaching out to us - this was during the time of the DMCA confusion as well, which has since been cleared, and we hoped that we'd be a positive representation of the Overwatch SFM community at the time. It's always an honour! Thank you to all the people who port the OW models over for use in Source.

There's been some amazing comics about Reaper reacting to how it's not an authentic taco or how he wanted something different. There's also a comic of S76 trying to eat the taco and drink his Mountain Dew without removing his mask.

I really like the carnitas/steak stuff that's more meat strips, pico, and a little bit of veg. I wouldn't say it's authentic since I ate those around tourist-heavy areas when I last visited Mexico; more into non-touristy areas like Mazatlan was just tortilla with meat. Baja fish tacos are also a treat for me, I love fish tacos the most.
