this was a clone painting of 's kitchen photo.i changed the hues/brightness/contrast and used a smeary round brush.
all done with mouse.

nope. i change the hues/saturation/brightness/contrast and then proceeded to clone paint with a smeary camel brush in painter. if it's too much like the origional i can remove it.

I thought this was a photograph when I saw the thumbnail! Damn, girl, I am in AWE of your talent!! This reminds me of my gran's kitchen...I remember being in there when I was a kid, and when it was sunny everything had this weird 1950s-yellow light, just like your pic. Thanks for stirring up a few happy little memories

What a lovely idea for a mother's day present!! My mum got a photo that David took of my dad and I (I'd touched it up a bit) for her birthday and she loved it cause it had a bit of all of us in it.
