It is a problem, I agree, but in other cases. Then again, I've never gotten into the whole homestead thing. Do the trolls-or whatever they are- originally come from the emotions/minds of people?

The only thing similar to Homestuck is the skin color and eyes. The rest of it is a completely original idea, it's not plagiarism at all.There are a lot of other things I could mention too. Maybe you should know what you're talking about before start complaining hm?

i am currently writing my dissertation for my doctorate on plagiarism, particularly in regards to online situations, for my doctorate. so. maybe you should know who you are talking to before you respond?

A Doctorate takes about 6-10 year correct? Well you shouldn't you know better then? I will repeat myself, this is in no way plagiarism. It may be similar but even so there are only so many ideas out there. In the world of today there are even copies of copies. For example, "The Lion King" is basically a retelling of Shakespear's "Hamlet" , and the movie "Avatar" (not the Last Airbender one) is pretty much "Pocahontas. There's also the fact that if something is altered to a certain extent it can no longer be considered plagiarized can it? Also as I've said before these "Insona" characters are nothing like the "Homestuck" characters. The "Insona" characters have a monochromatic, plus a single color outfit design. The "Homestuck" characters are not limited to this. A few characters for example are "Kanaya" who is found in many different outfits of many different colors. "Nepeta" is another example, having her green trench coat and blue beanie. There is also the "God Tier" forms of the "Homestuck" characters to take into consideration, which come in a variety of colors. The "Homestuck" characters you are referring to are all "Trolls" whereas the "Insona" characters are the embodiment of suppressed emotions. The "Insona" characters also bare markings symbolizing which species they are. The "Homestuck" character do not have this, they simply have the signs of the zodiac on their shirts. The style of the eyes for both sets of characters are similar, but the "HOmestuck" "Trolls" are limited to 3 colors for their iris(variations of yellow/orange). The "Insona" characters however are not limited to any range of colors. Therefor the only thing exactly similar between both sets of characters is the grey skin tone. Besides this is a conceptual design, can that even be plagiarized? You may want to check that with your Professor or whomever. Oh and one more thing...Your Doctorate doesn't scare me.

its not supposed to be scary. is a 8/5 x 11 inch certificate printed landscape with a few signatures and seal on it. unless of course you have hemophilia, and a a paper cut puts you at risk of bleeding to death, then yes it is. it may even be horrifying.

Honestly you should know I'm not being literal, seeing as you must be so intelligent since you're making your dissertation for your Doctorate. I was simply stating that you having(Or soon to be in possession of) a Doctorate made no difference to me as to who I was talking to. You could have been the president and it wouldn't have made the slightest difference to me. Now seeing as I made my points clear in my last message, this will be my final reply. I have no urge or need to respond and continue a conversation with you after this.
