Something I've been kind of working on. I made up Zurei a long time ago- back in 2009. But I recently gave him a revamp and now I'm thinking of making a comic. I'm not sure how that'll go but I'd like to try I guess ;A; I'll probably borrow a few of my friends characters for this too teehehe.Insona (c) Me.

I'm very aware of this.
But the majority of them - from what I have seen - are. And this includes at least two good friends of mine, so please don't think I'm just bitching about people I don't know. Lol. (I bitch to them about their behaviour, too. NOBODY GETS OFF THE HOOK EVER. Or maybe I just have really bad allergies to immature.)

I never got into HS so I suppose I'm overly critical about it and more so about some of the fanbase. Derps. But seriously. It's like this Twilight freaks who keep insisting that everybody else copied Twilight vampires. XD

I tried reading it at a friend's request but all it did was give me a headache. x'D I'm sure it has it's merits despite my bitching about it, and I won't lie and pretend that the characters in it aren't entirely unoriginal... but a lot of stuff I see in the fandom just drives me away from it. (This partly linked to my friends Tumblr journals where they rant avidly about other HS fans and it's just this huge shit-fight of shipping wars among other things)
Twitards are terrible, it's true. I read Twilight before it got popular and it wasn't completely miserable but the fans tainted that for me, too. XD

I haven't seen any of this yet, thankfully. Though I tend to be rabid in my own way. xD All I can say is HS is... really creative. I mean you think it's a bunch of random crap that makes no sense but it's genius. I don't know how Hussie manages it, I really don't. It's mind blowing. xD

Yeah, this is eerily similar to a massively popular webcomic already running. They all have little symbols unique to their personality (I assume), an art style quite prominent in today's webcomics, and an overall theme of "darkness/duosion" that's starting to run into to the ground. I really, really dig your colouring style, though! That's a saving grace here you should definitely run with.
I mean no disrespect, dude, you totally have talent and you surely aren't riding off the popularity of an existing base. Just the opinion of an outside eye in case you need it. JUST IN CASE. Take care, yo.

They're different types of undead. Ruku is a demon, but it's a special case. Chora is a camp, Zurei is a zombie, Tibs is a banshee, Nuon is a lich, and Sli is a ghoul =w=
