Description
One of the four great crests of the First Nations, the killerwhale's dorsal fin has been used for thousands of years to denote strength, power and the family bond. At once a terrifying and beautiful sight, they can appear almost noiselessly just metres away.Taken in the Juan de Fuca Straits, near Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
