-Can enter dreams with a lot of concentration and focus to manipulate the person (cannot harm someone in a dream physically)

-Retractible metal fingernails. Cloak that can help him glide and blend into darkness. A metal mask with a removable lower half to allow him to suck blood.

Bio:
Nothing is known about Jack the Ripper other than he is the prolific serial killer of legend. He is as swift as he is brutal. The Ripper is a sick and twisted man who enjoys the agony of human beings. A Sadist through and through. He simply enjoys killing and enjoys the hunt even more.

After going dormant for over a century after his encounter with Jon Dorian, he has decided to come back to give the world a new reckoning after hearing word of the slayer of New York, Night Devil. Ole Jack is ready to reintroduce his legend in a vastly more devastating manner by having his fun with Night Devil and his city.

While he enjoys giving modern day New York City a nightmare, his primary goal is Night Devil. The Ripper doesn’t want to kill him, but wants to show his dominance and see how far he can push Night Devil.

The Ripper is leaving bodies and destruction in his wake, all an invitation for Night Devil to come and play.
