Did this one mostly so that I could take time on how long it takes me to make a sculpture, had no idea what to do so I ended up making a royal guard... might not have been the best choice but whatever
So how long did it take? it took 1244 minutes or about 20 hours and 44 minutes to finish it and I did not count oven time, greenstuff hardening time and glue hardening into that.
But since my current job really drains my will to sculpt that time is stretched over a 3 month period

Its criminally understated the difficulty of doing single support poses. That is to say, there is only one foot or hoof touching the base. You've got to plan and balance the sculpture so as it does not tip or break. Whether its flying, jumping, or running like here, for an amateur sculpture, it can be a nightmare. Β This is definitely not made by an amatuer, its well designed and well detailed (esp the armor and hair) as well the care taken shines through the results. Well done~

You've got quite an amazing bit of patience, especially if you had to spread that time out over months to boot. It paid off well though, with a terrific looking pony soldier in a great dynamic pose as he chases down some ruffian. Great job on his form and really nice work on his stern and determined expression. Lovely work on his armor and accessories too
