This is what the Elements of Harmony do right? They make robots?As I am now a brony I felt that a giant robot was in order to spice things up.

I really like the setup they have in this.
Twilight, being the head is the leader, as it being one of her skills.
Applejack and Rainbow Dash being the arms, with their competetive and hard working nature, being the what they use for working things and fighting any given enemy.
Rarity, as the core body, helps all the other by giving up her own freedom to assist all the others as a neccesary, if not perhaps most important function, holding the entire thing together.
Alas, Pinkie and Fluttershy as the legs, being more or less support for the others aswell, also matching their traits, Fluttershy, not the aggressive type but always ready to help a friend in need, and Pinkie, laughter which is pretty much reenforcing friend spirits.
Aside from that, I really like the expressions too.

Spike forms the Spikelion Claw that connects onto the Apple Arm. Using latent dragon magic it can overheat the evil within enemies and convert it into light. Or just blow it up.
