Description
Heres an attempt at a realistic space scene. The main planet was the important focus throughout the project. Many hours went into building the land and clouds for the planet. I tried to make it seem like a planet that would have life, not a normal rock planet.. :/ EnjoyRelated content

psst... i get bagged alot for using lens flares. but im not sure if thats a lens flare??? lol.

hmmm the textures on the planets are damn sexy... just loving them... i think you couldve done some more with the light comming from behind the planet though... it seems ok but couldve been more detailed imo... other then that good work bro

The planet needs more clouds. With that much water there would definately be more clouds. But maybe you just wanted us to be able to see your handy-work on all the little islands. Who knows.
Great job. I have yet to learn how to make planets with more detailed landscapes.

this is a kickass planet !!! great lookin' but i don't like the flare and the small planets' glow spreads a little to much i think...like the starfield

VERY NICE LIGHTING! The planets are nice too but I guess the biggest one could use a better texture with more variety and detail... but its stilla nice texture. +fav
