Now, a few things:
I did all in my power but the hat is not removable, you may need to go into blender and try to set the elements apart.
Also, the eyes has no bones so, also cannot be changed or the mouth.
Other than that, everything works fine (the eyes, hat and mouth does indeed move with the head so no problem there)
If you can and edit it to fix those issues, please do and share with me so I can improve the file!

You have additional colors to change him into his color palette of the music video.
The Microphone is included on another folder

UPDATE 7/8/2021:
was kind enough to make many improvements to the file:
- 1st one is named "1st_Only_Hat_Removable":
The model is the same as your (xps.xps), but the hat is removable. Problems: optional item "mesh10" doesn't work anymore and the decorative strings on the top of coat aren't really visible for some reasons I ignore. As in your model, the white parts of his clothes can't be visibles, the law part of the common coat is mixed with the singer one, same for the chest lapel.

-2nd one is named "2nd_Clothes1_Clothes2_Hat":
I didn't edit shapes, I didn't wantes to change your model. So I've just duplicated objects, cut and paste different things to obtain a decent result.
The model has 3 different optional items: Clothes1 is Alastor common red clothes whit proper chest coat lapel. Problems: Again, decorative strings on top aren't visible, and the low part of the coat is apparently meshed with the "singer version" one;
Clothes2 is Alastor singer clothes with white shirt, collar and shoes and proper chest coat lapel. Decorative strings aren't visibles (as in the original show ), but the low part of the coat is still mixed with the common one. The optional item "Hat", it's the removable hat, no problems here.

- 3rd one (the best in my opinion) is named "3rd_Modified_Model".
I've change some shapes here, so everything seems ok now. The model has 3 different optional items:
a) Clothes: It's the common red version of Alastor, but I've shredded a bit his law coat edge (to make it more similar with the one in the original show), decorative strings are visible now, coat chest lapel is right.
b) Dancer: It's the singer (lol) version of his clothes. I've work on it to make it similar with the original one, white parts are visibles, chest is right.
c) Hat: It's the removable hat.
