Adobe Illistrator, or however you spell that, and I also heard that people can color in Flash. There are probably others but those are the main other two that I know.

I wish I could color so badly! Unfortunately I don't have anything to color it with (like photoshop), and I wouldn't want to do it a disservice with crayola crayons or something! lol
