I love the scene though I think there could be some improvements in the colours. There are separate elements that work well on their own, but they don't mesh well together as a whole, and it comes off looking a bit on the bland side.
One of the things I noticed in particular, is the the lighting doesn't cooperate well with the figures on the ground. The smoke coming from the torches don't seem to fit well with the rest of the pic. I can't help but have my eyes drawn toward it because of how bright it is. Being that it is actually smoke from something burning and considering the time of day, wouldn't it be a tad darker? The people themselves are were the blandness really sticks out for me. They don't pop out of the scene at all and end up becoming part of the scene. In real life that would be fine, but in a comic setting where these are the focal characters, it would be nice if they stuck out a tad more.
Of the things I do like, I really like the pine tree in the foreground. It reminds me of something out of a Bob Ross painting. The way the snow is blowing around is also pretty good. Snow can be pretty hard to do but when someone can manage it, it looks awesome.
I apologize if this offends someone, as this is not my intention. This really is a good pic.
