Description
Artist: Roberto CampusThis piece was done as a cover for Star Wars Insider , the official Star Wars fan magazine. The art director wanted the image to be an homage to the famous Days of Future Past cover from Uncanny X-Men #141 drawn by John Byrne.

OMG!! This is just an awesome art.
What I like about this art is the natural aspect of it. The figures and the background are more like natural than a painting and its great. Great light and shadow creations too. Im beeing carried to those golden movies when I look at this.
One point I see as to improve though. Its the right hand of Obi wan. It looks like its kinda floating or some thing. Since he is quite close to the wall it should be touching the wall but here there is some confusion of shadows I think. Do u agree with me? Its just some thing I see that all. Well it certainly dont harm this art. Its way too awesome !!

Beautiful setup as an homage to the DoFP piece. I think the only thing missing is a reflection on his person of the lightsaber glow. Still the likenesses all around are incredible.
