Nice, but Capcom screwed Megaman again from another game, and this lil guy helped build them up in nintendo days. Not only that the game deserves no honor. Charging dlc for charecters already on disk. Meaning its not really Downloadable Content. And then with there one save for R.E that stays no matter what. Suck it Capcom. I hope their company falls so someone good can buy it and make greater use of the characters, and games I enjoy.

I dont mind that Mega Man is'nt in the 3rd one. Zero and Tron are just fine.

Mega Man. He is one of the most iconic characters Capcom has ever made. Also, his inclusion in MvC 3 is inevitable. It isn't that Mega Man is the official mascot (I think), its that Mega Man is popular, both as a franchise and as a character. I honestly believe that he'll be in Fate of Two Worlds, because if he isn't then believe me, the fans of MvC won't be happy, and that's because he was a really popular in that series. But I wonder who would be his rival in that game? Would it be Howard the Duck? War Machine? Maybe someone else?

Sadly, he isn't. Turns out Sir Arthur is his spiritual successor in that game. Believe me, I wasn't too pleased to hear about that, but it wasn't a big deal. First off, having a character excluded from a game isn't the end of the world, and second, there's always DLC. Let's hope for that.

I still feel that Mega Man will be announced. I don't believe in leakers one bit and plus, Arthur's style of play is much different than that of Mega Man.

He jut got deconfirmed by Nitsuda. Zero is representing the franchise. While I'm not pleased to hear this, there is always hope for DLC.

Zero represents the X series as Tron represents the Legends series. Since Classic is out of the picture, my hope is on EXE since it needs a representative. I'm not pleased either which is why I awarded Ryota Niitsuma... the Douchebag Award just for being a douchebag.

I wouldn't call him a douchebag so much as I would think his choice was bad. Megaman isn't just a character, he IS Capcom at this point. He IS the biggest name in anything related to Capcom, with Ryu coming at a close second. Megaman deserves better than this, and I have a hunch that the lack of Megaman may actually hurt the game more than it will help, and I'm saying this from a business standpoint. Did SEGA remove Sonic from SEGA Superstar Tennis? No. Did Mario get excluded from SSBB? Nope. There is no reason why Megaman, who may very well be the flagship mascot of Capcom, to not be in the game. He has tons of moves to choose from, they could've just used the ones that would've worked best.

Yeah. It's reason enough why I consider Ryota Niitsuma to be given the Douchebag Award for excluding a character that is one of the most recognizable in gaming.

Now that I think about it, though, we have two thing to consider. While Zero isn't Megaman himself, he was going to be a Megaman when he was created. When you look at it from a technical standpoint, then Megaman is already in the game. Just not officially. I guess you can say he's in only in spirit.
And one more thing. His specials would involve a drastic appearance change or something along those lines, and that probably would effect the RAM in some ways. In short, it would've been a disaster waiting to happen.
Overall, though, I'm with you. He REALLY should've been in this game.
