Critique:
The breasts are a little too perky for being that size. It would only make sense if she has a braziere made out of iron... but I'm guessing that would be a little too heavy to carry around. I think you should either reduce the size, or let them be more affected by gravity. Check some body references.
The card hovering over the hand should be bigger, I think. It looks small compared to the hand. It could be made longer and be closer to the viewer, so you can only see the tips of the fingers underneath and behind the floating card.
