Fei Long! i remembered it! and now i looked up and saw it in the description and i am even more angry with myself...

I just love Chun-Li's outfit. I think her legs are too slim for her, though. Oh, how I wish I could buy these issues and have all these beautiful covers. Sadly, I can only buy them through Amazon.

Oh man, this one is even better than i thought. Omar Dogan's art of Street Fighter Legends: Chun Li (with the main fighting girl, Gen and Fei Long on it) is just as fantastic as the last one i just saw.
Real incredible art there, i will say that.

this looks like gensoman's style and believe me i know he's style, been analisong him for about a year now >.-

It's indeed very similar. But the key difference, is their skin isn't shiny.
If it were Gensoman, their skin would all look more like Chun-Li's legs, with the shine they have.
But like I said, they are similar.

awesome coloring, the ilumination is great and so is the texturing

I like this because Chun-Li's thighs aren't disgustingly massive as they are in other renditions i've seen on deviantArt. The colours are great, as are the shadows and highlights. Great work!
