I never got the chance to play sf1, im guessing that the character that looks like andore from final fight was in it?

Actually, Birdie was the one that was originally in SF1. He was a white guy in that game, though. The official Capcom explanation for the change was that he was sick.
Also, Eagle (the guy with the clubs) was from SF1, too.

I really like this. Everyone's very expressive. Deejay, and Dhalism are the most creative. I like the way Chunli, Ryu, Ken and Guile are together.

only lacks the alternate versions (evil ryu, shin akuma) and that exclusive char from the zero3 psp version (the girl from capcom fighting evolution .. i think)

This cover piece came out before Fighting Evolution actually, so she couldn't have been a part of it even if we wanted her to be. Also, since Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma are alternate versions of Ryu and Akuma it wouldn't make sense for them to be in two places at once.
