Looks like it has every street fighter character apart from the skeliton dude from EX+ Alpha. Never liked that game, 3D street fighter, what were they thinking lol

I don't know the character's name but the guy in purple attire picking his nose like everything around him is totally normal and even boring is just hilarious. Besides, the whole picture rocks!
