The character is actually Fei Long, but his design and inspiration is based off of Bruce Lee, so you're mostly correct.

Krazy composition. Use of space and placement of characters is very good. Cant help but telling you man, everything you do always has Chamba look. Thats just you, good job.

U should do a art book on just Ryu/Ken and ChunLi, they are 3 Trinity Characters of StreetFighter, That would be Amazing.

so I've been told.
I'd seen an image here or two w/ pupils, so I added pupils
but in the issue I faded them back.
He's not blind, so I didn't want folks thinking he was.

I'm sure all the fans know that Sagat's not blind... 
The guys without pupils would be: Sagat, Bison, Dhalsim and Akuma. Dunno wether I forgot someone else.
None the less as mentioned earlier, superb work on the other characters, and Sagat himself! Just needs to lack a pupil s'all.

well as I aim to keep as much continuity within the characters i depict, i think i'll end up keeping the faded pupils.
Of course unless i'm told otherwise by the bosses.

Really cool work, i just ordered the SF Tribute work from Amazon, how come you guys dont do as much art of Ryu/Ken or Sakura , i mean Ryu and Ken are the Original and Defining characters of SF.

Our first series had a lot of artwork of Ryu and Ken, so we're trying to showcase as many of the other characters as possible.
