Here's a coloured character design sheet of Pyramid Head done for Konami's New International Track & Field video game on Nintendo DS. The game is available now and includes online multiplayer as well as single cartridge multiplayer.
The character is shown from several angles and with a variety of expressions to guide the animators who model and animate the character in 3D.

well, as far as i know, he's an "unlockable" non-official character- he's originally from the game Silent Hill 2 whitch was created by Konami (who created this track and field game too), so, his appearance here is more like a joke- most people already know him (he's one of the most popular characters from the Silent Hill franchise), and.... well, just go "WTFLOL THIS IS SO WRONG" and make this.... creature run around and jump over obsticles XD

The Track & Field design project for Konami was really fun, but we're not intending to do any licensed comics based on any of their properties at this time.

I like SH as much as the next guy, but if Track n Field is aimed at kids, not sure if Pyramid Head was a good addition, especially if there are female contestants and all
