I agree, his cap front shouldn't be slapped on down his forehead considering the face is in a position as if you were looking up. It looks weird, see even great artist make mistakes, lol. I don't think Mr Alvin spent a lot of time doing this one.

That part of the cap should not be hanging over Bison's eyes. It's spacing them out in a rather unnatural way.
Also, that chin seems awfully detached from the neck. Almost as if it's an add-on to his face.

Really nice work. It's strange but in a very early version of Street Fighter that I played, this guy was called Vega. And the spanish guy with the claws was called Balrog. And the boxer was named Bison. hehehe

That's cause they switched the names around in the American version, since they didn't want to be sued by Mike Tyson (Tyson, Bison, get it?).

Not the most menacing portrait is it? Bison looks more bewildered or overwhelmed. The typical maniacal smile and piercing eyes would have been better, in my personal opinion.
