This is a really awesome art of T. Hawk! Not too many people like his character, though. Capcom should have expanded his storyline, along with Dee Jay and Fei Long, plus some other characters as well.

I like your style very much, but honestly, he doesn't look like a indian, he looks like a european who wants to look like an indian.

Generally, he was born in Mexico I believe. He's a Native American who's a member of the Thunder Foot clan and uses grappling techniques.
