Dudley is my favorite over the two boxers in the Street Fighter series (other of course being Balrog... or M.Bison in the Japanese version). I think I would like to see a match between these two. It'd surely be a fight to remember.

Hey... maybe that could be put in somewhere in a side-section or story arc in one of the upcoming comics... that'd be sweet. Also, Sean vs. Sakura... battle of the disciples.
