This is... amazing. Heck, I'm really looking forward to what you produce now.
I like how the colours complement each other... I suppose you could define the nose and mouth further... but other than that, it's not too bad.
I'm more concerned with the background and the colours/detail there. I feel as if some areas could do with more definition and maybe it could be... more deep as well? Or rather, it could include more aspects, perhaps...

Like what's been said, I think her face is a little too angular-- the eyes are a little too close together, and too high on the face, which makes it look elongated. I also think that the sharpness of the flame coming from the eye detracts from the softness of the picture, and a more wispy look might have suited but that's surely just opinion.

looks so awesome! But I think the right eye is too close to the left one.

Well for improving, all I can say is that BRS' face should be less long ot make it look more like her, otherwise it's totally amazing, especially the hair.
