Requires iOS 7 for retina devices.
I'm tested on iPhone4, iPhone5, iPhone5s and iPad mini 2. and it will work as well in other devices probably.

This is a very beautiful theme. But I am completely lost on how to install it. Could perhaps give a detailed walkthrough for installing this? I have winterboard so I think I have the software to set it up, but I am confused.

this theme goes in /Library/Themes then apply with Winterboard

can you SSH into your device or use iFile? you go all the way to the "/" directory then Library -> Themes (/Library/Themes)
this is where you start, in SSH. same spot in iFile

So I connect my device into my computer and what program do you use to get access to an iPhone's files? From there would I just take the Biscuitte CC file from the zip and drag and drop into that directory?

use Cyberduck or iFunbox for SSH. Unzip the file so you have the Biscuitte.theme folder and put it in /Library/Themes

Yeah only the jellylock works for me.. I have iphone 5 with winterboard installed but not GUI cache removed, should I do that?
