the whole game is about beating the game over and over. i beat it the first time.
its pretty tough as nails for me

the first floor, the bosses are Monstro, Gemini, Larries', Steven, and the duke of flies
the second floor (or rather environment) bosses are Peep, Gurdy, chub, fistula, and CHAD.
the third floor (" ") bosses are Loki, Montro II, Gish and MOM
and then once you do all that, you fight moms heart, and "it lives" which is like moms heart on steroids.
the thing about the game is that, you cant save, but its a short game lol. you try to get to moms heart in one playthrough.
