Description
Yay!!!I made myself a paper danbo!!!
He was not easy to make but I finally got it!
I'm so proud of this little guy.
He can move his arms for/backwards and also up and down.
His head can turn around, move for/backwards and sidewards.
Only his feet are a little stiff but also a bit moveable

Fantastic!! He's really good!
They're difficult, aren't they?
Mine took me a whole day to make, and then he kept falling apart. I had to completely change the arm and neck joints!(The Circles)

thank you
Oh yes, very difficult!
My little one also lost an arm and his head....but I fixed it again. my arm and neck joints are a bit...inconventional
I used some pins so that the joints are able to be turned around...
btw thank you for the s!!!!!
what I especially like about your danbo is the paper he's made of
it looks like real cardbord very cool!!

Hmm, he has been without limbs numerous times.
Oh, that's a good idea!! I used a circle with tiny strips of paper attatched, that went through the hole and stuck to the arm. It's not the best way, but at least he has all four limbs now!
My pleasure
Thankyou!! To be honest, I bought the Net from amazon, (From the other side of the world ) and that's the paper he came on. I love it too!

your joints seem difficult to make for me o.O
His arms are still very likely to fall down, but I just pin them back
haha I also got the net from the internet
just printed it on normal paper

Aawww, such a beautiful photo and perfect that those are his first steps when he's so newly made!!! Congratulations on doing a great job.
I have a small Danbo that doesn't move and the cutout for one that does but I'm too scared to make it yet LOL

thank you so much
yeah, he was not easy to make but I desperately wanted a danbo and the real one is so expensive
So making one was the only possibility I had.
I found the cutout and explanations at the group Danbo-Photo so I finally got it

I looked up a real Danbo on eBay yesterday and was horrified at the price. I only found out that paper ones weren't 'real' a few days ago LOL
I got both of my Danbo cutouts from DA after searching Google and the results ended up being DA - amazing. You've done a fantastic job with yours.
