Hi Pingu! I like the natural appearance you've maintained within this picture. In my eye, it leaves the front and mid-part more homogenous and is more open to depths to let the view wander therein. I like your courage to let dark parts be dark!

The mountains, valley and shadowed parts seem like a world on their own, and also therefore you've probably found the best title for it: the man made lights the view is drawn to do not know and perceive yet what's coming over the mountain. Until sunrise, it's still secluded in its own perceptions of a dark valley. There's much sense in it, iI like that from time to time.

Ja, das war jetzt verführerisch, das Ganze auch auf Deutsch schreiben zu können, aber das mach' ich nur manchmal ...!

This is a great view. Probably a light-situation that is difficult to control. I think it comes close to the impression that human eyes would give of the dark valley after sundown, not completely black but with details that are still visible. The small lights as signs of human habitation give the impression of life to the picture.
