My take on Merida, well older much more wiser Merida. I don't even know what's going on with the hair. It's just all over the place. Pardon me, but I am horrible with curly hair.Related content

It looks like she's got shards of reflective glass on top of her head* I took it to mean she'd "broken the glass ceiling" someday because Disney's heroines are almost always princesses who only want to get married (at 14 in Snow White!) or they'reΒ little girlsΒ who beat little boys/Teenagers. I pray Moana doesn't end up married at the end of her movie, I hope she just has adventures of her own for years to come. You could edit your comment to make it seem intentional, or you could leave it as it is & find out "what it says" to everyone who sees it...
* it's green-ish & looks like a glass float from a fishing net or perhaps a beer bottle broken over her head (I bet she'd hardly feel it through her hair-helmet) but since she's a Scott, my money's on the beer bottle! ...Β Either way

actually I for one like the look of Merida's hair like that, its not as crazy as in the movie but I feel that adds a sense of maturity to her. Its very good, i like it!

She looks so real in your drawing!! This is amazing, you still had the same features of merida even though you said this is an older and wiser version of her.. I can see that you've made canges but still its merida! well done!!

her eyes... this is really amazing! Since you noted it, I have a suggestion for the hair, although it is very good anyways. I just think if you wanted to add more definition you could have used a smaller brush with a very dark or light color, but this is very well-done, I love it!
