falling from grace - feel the sun on my face... does desire still hold true?

Mystified by her beauty - does the hunter pity his prey?
Under starless skies all love must die and fade away...

Take my hand - divine or damned, make a stand, seize the day.
Yours or mine, damned of divine, draw the line, come what may...

My yearning is silenced by angelic skin of white
Love conquers all for heaven's fall... this faithful night.

I think today is the coldest day of the year so far. I don't even know how I actually managed to paint this in only 2 hours, considerind how cold and hard my hands are.
Anyway, this time of the year reminds me of a lot of things, there's still a lot of them that remain untouched most of the time. I guess that's why things like this happen once in a while. Some time, something will pop out of our constant effort to hold things still where they are.
This song, too, reminds me of this time of the year, and I decided to use it as the mainly inspiration to paint this submission.
Even tough the meanings behind it will be kept for myself, all of you are free to understand and feel it in your own way.
