You can draw in muro and copy the picture into the Meme, when you open it in another graphic program like gimp, sai, open canvas, photoshop or even paint net ^^ . But I don't know how you pick the colors then.
I recommend to draw in a graphic program.
Screenshot Shortcuts:
Press the print button and then open a graphic program and press ctrl+v
It copies the screenshot from your clipboard.
If you want the picture you scale to stay in its proportions you have to press Shift while scaling ^^
