With Black Text & White Glow To Match Windows
By now you probably all have seen the Aero Mod that gives you Transparency on the maximized Title Bar.
However this Mod usually has White Text making it difficult to read.
So I have made this Mod to give the Titlebar Black Text and a White Glow to match the Original window Title bars.

When you maximize a window it still goes partially opaque, not fully transparent like normal Aero does after the VistaGlazz patch.
Will use it after this bug is fixed
