I do like the tattoo design, but it looks more like it is a leg stocking rather than an actual skin tattoo, that's just my opinion though

It go all the way up to the shoulder, but I guess it's too covered to be seen and therefore, indeed give this feeling.

Yup but that's why it's on a secret place, they're not supposed to meet normally. So their secret love has reach it's end. (Though he'll die of saddness, his soul will go to heaven where he'll reincarnate into a dragon and spouse her).
