Very atmospheric. The color and composition is great! The abstraction created through the beautiful interaction of shapes and colors in your work reminds me a bit of Mary Blair.

as for his face, maybe try adding a little more stark shadow over his eye socked at get rid of the white of his eye... either dull down a bunch or even better, simplify the entire eyebrow/eyesocket into one piece of shadow.... make any sense?
