After umpteen years, I've decided to finally kick myself in the butt and start working on making my stories a little more public...
... starting with this one. It's going to be a short (3 page) introduction to the universe. I'm not expecting this origin story to recieve a lot of attention, because it's mostly talk and doesn't contain anthro characters, but it is necessary to follow the rest of the stories (I think so, anyways).

I've been very intrigued by your little universe... you have so many characters and races, and a deep, engrossing story, by all counts, from what I can see. It's incredible to finally see it starting to take shape.

If you're going to publish this, be warned that both the terms "Lifestream" and "ancient" are being used in the way you are using them in [i]Final Fantasy VII Advent Children[/i], so you may be called a copier, get challenged for copyrights, etc.

It's mostly lifestream that's used in my comics. The ancients actually don't appear anywhere else in the story except for this intro. I did come up with the concept around 1997-1998ish, quite a bit before Advent Children even came out. It's not somehing I'm about to change anytime soon. Advent Children may use the same words, but they're generic words. The actual concept is nothing like Final Fantasy.
Ancients = Modern day humans from earth. Yup my stories take place about a million years from now.
Lifestream = Myself. The creator that watches over my creation. I guess it can more be compared to "The force" from the Star Wars Universe then anything FF related.
