Description
The main characters in the game. Elsa is the main character, and Shadow is the deuteragonist. Their relationship towards each other is very complicating, which adds more fruitation to the story. At the beginning, they hate each other, then it slowly changes back and forth because of their background stories that affect their relationship, so it becomes complicating. I have chosen Shadow because he has had a relationship before with a human, also noting that the story of this game is serious and deep, with a bit of warm touches. (Note: When I mean by 'relationship', doesn't necessarily mean the general 'boyfriend-girlfriend relationship'. Relationship in this sense could mean best friends, or deep rivals, or that complicated feeling of him or her being a close friend but you feel like it's more than that yet something strays it away.)
I have found out that Shadow and Elsa are similar in a few ways:
• They both have powers that are uncontrollable if not taken care of. Elsa's is more uncontrollable due to her mounting emotions, while Shadow has inhibitor rings to sustain the chaos energy inside him.
• Most importantly, both have someone special in their hearts and sees them as sisters: Anna to Elsa, and Maria to Shadow. This will create an even more rich relationship between Shadow and Elsa, as Elsa still has Anna around while Maria is no longer with Shadow, making Shadow jealous of Elsa.

Awesome crossover idea. Your one true love will have to start off being a friend, like Shadow and Elsa, but you don't drop them because they aren't that one true love.
One issue with this: Elsa isolated herself because she is fearful of hurting someone else, so what is the rationale behind Elsa not being worried about Shadow? The Chaos energy renders him unaffected by her frost powers?

Oh, she was forced to bring Shadow along cause of certain events forbidding a break between the two... This causes a very rigid start for their story together (fear of hurting Shadow, not seeing eye to eye with him, arguments, fights)... Later, as the story progresses, it becomes smooth and connected and heart warming, deep...
At the beginning, some events happened that caused Elsa to accidentally freeze Shadow's heart like she did with Anna, but with a much greater effect... Now, the effect is quite different, while the ice is trying to gradually freeze Shadow's heart completely, his Chaos energy inside him tries to suppress that, causing from time to time outbursts or uncontrollable states of Shadow's powers...

You could also say that the reason why Elsa has to bring Shadow along is because of Shadow's stubborn side playing...
Take also note that Shadow's condition of his frozen heart is also affecting him emotionally... Not only is the ice trying to freeze him, but also is trying to erase the feelings or emotions he has... This causes moments in the story where Shadow remembers certain memorable parts of his past, especially with Maria (The game shows moments with him and Maria other games haven't shown before), and relates it with Elsa's past story in certain ways... If it reaches its peak, the ice instantly eradicates the feeling abruptly and tries to freeze his heart, but Shadow's Chaos energy violently tries to suppress all that, causing outbursts or uncontrolled moments... This is one of the ways to create a very complex and emotional story as well...

wow interesting! I am working on a Frozen OC, Holly, whose powers are similar to an earth bender. Since the only way to bend solid rock is to heat it, her body temperature is way higher than normal, just as Elsa's is way lower. In my story, when Elsa accidentally hits her with her ice powers, and the ice magic tries to freeze her, Holly's inner temperature fights back, resulting in her experiencing extreme stabbing pains where the Ice magic hit, like heated rock shattering when contacting ice. The interplay between them mirrors the way you have The Chaos Energy fighting the ice magic.
(She was sent by the king of the southern Isles to destroy elsa to prepare the way for an invasion by the southern isles, but she had scouted out the area, came to love Arendelle and Elsa, turns against the king, and uses her earth magic to help stop the invasion. When she loses the battle against Elsa's ice magic and freezes, her acts of true love for Elsa and Arendelle thaws her out. Elsa, and the People of Arendelle, see this as proving she truly loved them, and make her a citizen of Arendelle.)

The stories help pull what's in the characters out. A weak story can't do that for a strong character.

Exactly... Shadow is actually the most deep and thorough character in the sonic franchise... It's a shame they didn't continue using it into EFFECTIVE solidity... Combine Shadow's deep character along with Elsa's, and you have a base for the story... You can build it from there, add more deepness and strength...

Well a friend watched things like this and she was not very happy with this because elsa its blonde with blue eyes just like maria and she hates that people keep making shadow stick to his past, that's why i came to ask by myself to see if i could find out something to make her chill, i have nothing agaisnt this i think is quiet interesting, anyways thanks for the reply

Personally, I don't think this crossover of Shadow X Elsa has anything to do with Maria...
He's just crossing them over (Shadow x Elsa) like that because he, I, and some others see them as sort of similar.
It just so happens though that Elsa has blonde hair and blue eyes 
It's more like Elsa's more like Shadow, than Maria...
But at first if one saw them together in a picture, they might be like "oh, they're just pairing them together because Elsa kind of looks like Maria"...which I would say has nothing to do with the pairing actually.
Elsa just kind of coincidentally happens to look like her. lol
