This is a 1-click Windows 8 System Icon Pack Installer. It is to be installed using 7tsp. 7tsp is a System File Patcher which allows you to customize Windows in a simple way with just few mouse clicks. Although primarily a Windows 7 patcher, 7tsp also works properly on Windows 8. This is a Universal Installer and will work on both 32bit (x86) and 64bit (x64) systems.Instructions:
Backup your system and create a restore point before patching. Note that the packs are to be loaded directly into 7tsp in 7zip format. Do not unpack the Icon Packs. Everything is explained in the 7tsp Tutorial

Note:
The Pack is tested thoroughly and it works properly. Unlike other installers; 7tsp doesn't replace the entire system files. It just replaces the icons in the system files so the chances of files getting corrupt are minimal. And since 7tsp doesn't replace your system files, the customization won't be affected by Windows Updates.

I tried it with the installed version and i cant make it work..
It creates the system restore and when it s time for patching imageres.dll it gets stuck and the screen turns dark gray.
i ctr+alt+del and sign out.
I have uac off and run it as admin.

It's quite normal for the screen to turn gray during the patching process. If you had used 7tsp before, you would know this. Don't shut it down, 7tsp requires some time to patch your files, it may seem it's stuck but actually it's patching the files. Just relax and allow it to do it's work. It'll prompt you to reboot your computer when the patching is over, and after rebooting it'll ask you to reboot again for the second time. Just follow the prompts, everything will be fine. And UAC doesn't interfere with the patching process.

I do that because some people download only one pack and it's convenient to download a complete pack rather than multiple separate downloads. I hope you understand.
